Changes To Teaching System - New Forms Of Classes!
Dear students, dear instructors,
for a while now we've been struggling with both students and instructors losing interest during ongoing terms, which ended in most classes being discontinued before the end of the term.
I realise how frustrating that is on both the students' and the instructors' side. Ever since I've been brooding about solutions for this problem, and also how we can manage to offer more lessons for our students. One of the main problems usually is that an instructor cannot make it the entire term, and hence the solution must be to offer shorter classes, too. Our terms run for two months at a time (eight weeks) with one month breaks in-between. We are currently in the Summer 2012 Term.
Fall Term: Oct. 1 - Nov. 30
Winter Term: Jan. 1 - Feb 27
Spring Term: Apr. 1 - May 31
Summer Term: Jul. 1 - Aug. 31

The Academy no longer uses the application-style format for accepting new teachers. We ask all prospective teachers to please note the group, stating that you are interested in becoming a teacher. We will take it from there!
